If there is an issue with your candle please contact usas soon as possible so that I can rectify the issue. I will always provide the quickest and most appropriate way forward. I suggest you to look and follow our Candle Care Guide before contacting us as it may be possible that the issue could be resolved at your end.
Returning or Exchanging Goods If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
You may return your items to us within 30 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (less discount/promotion used and postage costs).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
